PREDATOR CONTROL AGREEMENT
And ACCESS PERMIT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that this Predator Control Agreement and

Access Permit, (hereinafter "PCAAP") is between __________________________________________, the owner of or lessee of certain lands (hereinafter "Occupier"), and ___________________________________________ the Hunter(s), (hereinafter "Hunter").

TERM OF GRANT

            1. The term of this PCAAP is for the period of time from ______________ to and until____________________. This PCAAP may be terminated earlier by either party at any time. A photocopy of this PCAAP shall be of the same force and effect as the original. Hunter may not assign, transfer, sell or grant this PCAAP to any other person.

PREDATOR HUNT

            2. Hunter is hereby authorized, granted and fully permitted by this PCAAP to hunt, kill or harvest, at any time, ONLY upon the properties controlled by Occupier more fully described as follows:

Hunter agrees to obey the current state and federal hunting regulations and to repair or pay for any property damages caused by Hunter. Hunter is hereby authorized to hunt, kill or harvest ONLY the following:

PAYMENT

            3. In consideration of hunting, killing or harvesting, Occupier agrees to pay Hunter as follows:

                                A. $______________, per 12 hour day or any portion thereof;

                                B. $______________, per 12 hour night or any portion thereof;

                                C. $______________, per predator, adult or young, killed;

                                D. $______________, costs (such as: food, lodging, gas, ammo, bait, etc….).

Payment is due in full when Hunter presents and furnishes Occupier with an itemized bill for services rendered, including a description of the day(s) and night(s) hunted, a description of where the carcass is located and, if applicable and desired, the scalp(s), hide(s) or other mutually agreeable physical evidence of the kill. It is agreed herein that evidence of the kill (_____ is not) or (____ is) required.
